Kristin Holland
(née Hervey) is a native of Vermont. She and her husband,
PGA Professional Steve Holland, wintered in Citrus County for
three years when they decided to make Pine Ridge Estates their
home base. Kristin is a licensed real estate agent in both Florida
and Vermont, and she has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services.
Prior to real estate she worked alongside her husband as Pro
Shop manager at a golf course. Kristin can assist you with your
